Methods of Payment
All payments are handled through PayPal, so security is top notch.  PayPal is FREE to you as a buyer, and you don't even have to have a PayPal account.  You can use any credit card PayPal accepts, direct debit from your bank account, or money from your PayPal account.  PayPal is the only way to purchase products from Qoncepts at this time.

Paypal E-check payments are accepted, but your order will not be processed until the E-check clears.

How do I order?
Simply click the "add to cart" button next to the items you wish to purchase.  These items will be added to your cart, which you can view and change at any time.  Once you are done selecting all of your items, PayPal calculate you total including shipping.  PayPal will then lead you through the simple payment process.  It's that simple.  If you are a PayPal member, the payment process is even quicker.  PLEASE put your telephone number in the comment section  for shipping purposes.
 

Is it in stock?
All items are in stock, unless "OUT OF STOCK" or "Temporarily Out Of Stock" is mentioned next to the item.  If by chance you order an item that is not in stock, but that item is not marked as such, we will notify you and give you the choice to receive a refund or maintain the order and receive shipment as soon as stock is replenished.  If the non-stock item (as mentioned in this section) is part of a multi-item order and you choose to receive the item later, that item will be sent as soon as stock is replenished at no additional shipping cost.  If the non-stock item (as mentioned in this section) is part of a multi-item order and you choose to cancel that item, you will be refunded for the backordered item.

You may backorder items that are not in stock.  Your order will be filled with stock is replenished. We will not actively notify you on status of stock, but you may ask and we will let you know the status.
 

Temporarily Out Of Stock:
Items that are marked "Temporarily Out Of Stock" will be available soon.  These items can be ordered when stock is not available.  As soon as stock is replenished, we will promptly send out your item(s).  However, these items will need to be purchased separate from in-stock item, as you will need to pay shipment for them.  These items are usually expected to be in stock within 2 weeks of the T.O.O.S. notice.  "Out Of Stock" items have no known in-stock date.  If you are impatient, do not order OOS parts.
 

"but it said IN STOCK when I ordered it":
If you have visited any page of our site, it is important to refresh your screen before making an order to make sure the item is in stock.  Very often, our page will cache on your computer.  What this means is your computer will save the old information to a page and display that information with you revisit that page.  Refreshing the screen will give you the latest page information.

Normal US Shipping & Handling (S&H)
*Items are sent USPS.  No pick-ups are allowed.  S&H is $7.50 for all orders within the US.


International Shipping & Handling (S&H)
Due to changes with USPS, "Global Priority" is no longer an option.  "Priority" and "Airmail" are the only choices. Neither is trackable or insured and thus not guaranteed to arrive.  Some countries are not serve by Priority, and will have to receive orders via Airmail.  Italy is one of these countries.  With thte new changes Airmail and Priority are both listed as 6-10 days, so we now only send internation orders via Airmail as Priority is much more expensive and no longer much faster.  Normal ordering through our website will charge you $7.50 for S&H, which will pay for Airmail.

You sent it to the wrong address:
We send your order to the address that the PayPal receipt lists as the mailing address.  If that address is incorrect, we are not responsible.

When will my order ship? What's the track #?
All orders of in-stock items usually ship out within 2 business days.  If an order is placed 3pm on a Friday, it may not ship out until the following Tuesday (Monday in most cases), but it is possible for you shipment to be sent a day or two later.  That is not usually the case, but with that possibility, to not make orders for anything you need within 7 days after your order is placed.  Tracking numbers are not given out unless the package is extremely late based on the date we submit it to the delivery service.  US orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days of the date shipped. We have no control over the timeliness of deliveries once we submit items to the delivery service.  If a 2-3 day package hasn't arrived to a US address (as observed by tracking information) within 15 business days (no sooner) from the time we submit the package to the delivery service, we will offer a refund.  Sometimes shipments to other countries will get held in customs.  Items that should take 6 days to arrive can take two weeks due to being held in customs.

Ship Cheap! Shipping & Handling
Some of our products are eligible for cheaper shipping. Most of our smaller and/or lower cost items that will fit in a small envelope and weigh less than 3 oz, can be shipped in an envelope First Class.  These items are indicated by an "Ship Cheap!" logo. The cost to you is only is $3.00 S&H per item.   To purchase one of these items alone send the money ($3 plus cost of item) directly to orders@qoncepts.com via PayPal.  You will receive an email from us within 24hrs (on week days), letting you know that your payment was receive and expected shipping date. "Ship Cheap" packages will be uninsured, untrackable, and not guaranteed to arrive.  Qoncepts will accept no responsibility for lost packages.  Do not use the shopping cart system unless you want to purchase this item along with other items, or if wish the package to be trackable.  Only US to US shipments are eligible.
 

Tax
All items purchased to be sent to a Texas address is subject to a 7.25% sales tax.
